Danielle is the founder and President of Chase's Challenge, INC.   She lives in Carmel, Indiana with her husband Matt and their two boys Mason and Chase. Previous to Chase’s Challellenge Danielle has worked as a Counselor and as a Systems Analyst.  Her passion for drowning prevention and CPR came about after her youngest son Chase experienced a non-fatal drowning.  CPR saved his life!  After going through such a terrifying experience and learning so much from it, Danielle decided to create Chase's Challenge to help educate others

Ali  is the Treasurer for Chase's Challenge, INC.  Ali Richardson is married to Clint and they live in Carmel, IN with their 3 boys, Wyatt, Bennett, and Rhett.   Ali and Danielle met in 2011 in a Mom’s group with their oldest kids. Ali is a speech language pathologist working in early intervention.  Ali’s passion for working with children and her friendship with the Bohm family has made her dedicated to supporting Chase’s Challenge.
